Mitzi Brown, MA, LMHC
Mitzi is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and has earned the designation as a National Certified Counselor (NCC) from the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC). Mitzi is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Profession (CCTP) and member of the International Association of Trauma Professionals (IATP). Licensed in Florida, Mitzi has accumulated some wonderful experience by working with hundreds of clients across many domains of mental health counseling and working with those who are invested in improving their daily functioning in work, relationships, and life in general.

Michelle O'Neal, NCCA Licensed Pastoral Counselor
Michelle O’Neal is the Founder and President of Soul Hope Christian Counseling. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Trinity International University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Christian Counseling from Colorado Theological Seminary. She is a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor with the National Christian Counselors Association and a Minister of the Christian Faith. Prior to launching Soul Hope Christian Counseling in 2021, Michelle worked in the corporate world for 27 years, most recently as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Jennifer Grennell, RCSWI
Jennifer is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern with a Masters Degree in Social Work from Florida State University - currently working toward licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She offers counseling services for teens and adults at her private practice in Venice, FL. She specializes in working with individuals who are seeking relief from anxiety, low mood, intrusive thoughts, and upsetting memories. She is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy - a type of therapy that teaches individuals skills to cope with emotional challenges and change unhealthy behaviors. She is also basic certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy – a type of therapy that uses rapid eye movement desensitization to reprogram the way in which distressing memories are stored in the brain. At her practice, you will find a safe place with empathetic and supportive care to become grounded in times of difficulty and emotional challenges.

James Fry, MA, LMHC
James Fry is a Graduate of the Master of Arts degree program in Christian Psychology and Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary in Ashland, Ohio, in conjunction with Emerge Counseling Center in Akron, Ohio. He has over 30 years of experience in Christian ministry, counseling, and therapy. He has been a full-time psychotherapist counseling individuals, marriages, families, children, and adolescents in Ohio and Florida since 1983. He has also served as an inpatient therapist at Riverside Behavioral Center in Punta Gorda, Florida, and as a therapist and supervisor of therapists at Peace River Outward Bound, where he worked with adolescent males referred by the courts.

Belinda Alma, MS
Belinda holds a Master of Science degree in Counseling and Psychology and has over 30 years of experience in counseling. She is an independent licensed mental health counselor and qualified mental health supervisor. Bilingual and fluent in Spanish, Belinda is also a retired United States Navy Chief who served our country for over 20 years.
